In the newest episode of Dragon Ball Super, Toppo suffered a heavy defeat at the hands of Frieza. While having a full battle with Android 17, Toppo was caught off-guard by Frieza. Still, before the enemy dropped him, something unusual happened to the Toppo.
Toppo unleashed an unbelievable amount of power that left Jiren, Son Goku, and other compelling characters in the World of Void surprised. After receiving a tremendous amount of damage, Toppo decided not to fight for justice but the survival of his universe.
Toppo’s transformation which enabled him to reach the level of God of Destruction. Toppo cast away all of his Ideals and faiths before changing. The conversion made Toppo a God of Destruction, which meant that he is capable of using the destructive energy.
Android 17 couldn’t do much either facing the new God of Destruction. Beerus has very clearly said that there is no possible way that Android 17 would beat Toppo. Also, when Frieza used his Death Ball technique, Toppo immediately countered it with Hakai.
Most of us have one question about Toppo and his new form: what exactly are those symbols on his chest?
When Toppo touched into his God of Destruction transformation, his chest shows a set of glowing red marks emerged out of nowhere on Toppo’s stomach.

According to Twitter user @LSBardock, The symbols were shown a while back when Belmod was presented. The Universe 11 Destroyer debuted the pattern as he wore them on his waistband. Vermouth’s pants are clothed with a cloth highlighting the triple-triangle symbols.
Till now, there does not seem to be any particular meaning behind the marks. They are merely the ones attached to Universe 11 and its Gods of Destruction. Belmod uses the symbol on his clothes to show his status, and Toppo gets marked with the symbols when he chooses his God of Destruction form.
